Established centers of horizontal and vertical cutouts and drilled pilot holes. Used 1" hole saw to create rough cutout. Used 1" diameter stone, files and debur tool to finish cutout.
Added two new rivet holes on channel that are 8mm from cutout and centered between existing holes.
Will wait until I have the servo to cut the access hole.
