Spent more time that I would have thought necessary to make final adjustments and alignments before match drilling. Was able to get the height of each end of the leading edge within about 0.5mm from each other, realizing there is probably more error than that induced from workbench and lumber tolerances. Either way I feel pretty confident that this assembly is as square, parallel and twist-free as is reasonable to expect from a garage-based manufacturing process.
Match drilled the front spar and center ribs making minor adjustments as necessary to center the flange rivet lines under the pilot holes in the skin.
Will debur and prime before getting into the end ribs and hinge.
