It was just over two months ago that Dennis - with his wife along for the ride - visited me at my home to inspect my rudder work. A few days later I met with him again at the June meeting of EAA 302 where he generously helped me on my rudder nose skin. Today I heard the very tragic news that he was killed when his RV-6 crashed while practicing formation flying in Conroe. By most definitions we were merely aquaintances but I was left with the distinct impression that Dennis was a principled man of great integrity. I am sure his skills, talents and character will be missed by all who knew him.
God rest your soul Dennis
