Formed a blank for 6T2-3 over the original form block resulting in width of 109mm (2mm over spec). Sanded down one side of block to reduce width to 103mm with resulting part width shown in image 1. Tweaked bends to 79 degrees and cut/sanded sides down to 22mm. Marked side cut-outs and rough cut with sabre saw. Used disc sander and files to bring part to final size.
