Bulk of build hours today spent reforming the center ribs. Traced original end rib form block onto 3/4" MDF then measured in 19mm from rear of block as a cut line for the rear of the center rib block - this is what I missed the first time. With the spar doublers clamped in place I measured the tangent-to-tangent distaces with calipers right at 78mm which is the dimension I used for the end flange width on the blanks. The 20mm gap between the end flanges and sides tapered up to the releif holes at the ends of the side flanges. The rest of the form block fabrication, blanking and rib forming were done pretty much the same as the first time.
To round out the day I created a form block for the 6T2-3 Rear Spar Attachment using 1/4" HDF glued to 3/4" MDF. Routed 1/4" radii on parallel edges spaced at 105mm (107 less the material thickness on each side). Sanded bevels at 70 degrees (exta 9 for spring back) from bottom of block up to the radii tangent lines.
