Brief Description: Layout Rivet Locations in Trailing Skin
Laid out all rear skin rivet locations. Rib 1, spar and tip rib lines were drawn 10mm from respective skin edges. Adjusted pitch on spar line between rib locations to make intersecting rivet lines meet at a rivet hole. The rivet lines for ribs 2, 3 and 4 were drawn perpendicular to the leading skin edge with end holes defined at 10mm from each end of rib flanges. Spacing was compressed slightly from specified pitch (40mm or 70mm) to fit evenly between end holds. The rivet spacing tool took all of the math and guesswork out of this process.
