Spent most of day doing yard work then church with the family. Closed out my evening by gluing my hand-drawn rudder nose rib profile onto 3/4" MDF then rough cut on the band saw. The plywood clamp form was cut separately but will be temporarily joined to the form block for sanding to the finished profile.
Tool note: I adjusted the band saw blade guides forward to line up with the root of the cutting teeth. This little change made a huge difference in my ability to cut on the desired line without the blade wandering off track.
