Blanked and bent vertical tail spar 6T4-4. Once again Larry's spreadsheet was right on - the sides, top width and bottom width were all within 0.5 to 1.0mm of nominal. Very exciting to see a large part of my rudder come to life.
A 4.3% piece of my $65 sheet ($2.80) to make a $46.40 part in 2 hours; which includes periods of planning and organizing. My time is worth more than this when I'm working but at home it's a trade-off on less tangible - but no less important - activities. It's all about balance.
