Today, I began by assembling the aileron brackets. The brackets were cleco'd together and were riveted using a pneumatic squeezer. Some rivets were inassessable to the squeezer, so I used the DRDT-2 to dimple those rivets. I then attached the assembly to the rear spar and match drilled the outboard rib holes. I removed the assembly and deburred all holes. I then re-cleco'd the assembly and set the attachment rivets. I then attached the inboard assembly and the flap reinforcement bracket with clecos. I will have to wait until day time to set the rivets so I don't disturb the neighbor's sleep. :)
