Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer Complete

Today, I completed assembling and riveting the horizontal stabilizer. I then began working on the vertical stabilizer. I assembled, drilled, and deburred the vertical stabilizer, then I dempled and countersunk all holes except those of the skin.
