Brief Description: Disassemble Horizontal Stabilizer

Today, I disassembled the horizontal stabilizer. I then deburred and dempled all holes on the left horizontal stabilizer. I then prepped the HS-710 and HS-714 for priming; however, priming will have to wait until tomorrow due to rain.
