Brief Description: Drill Horizontal Stabalizer Rib Holes

Today, fluted HS-405 and drilled all holes. I then drilled all non-prepunched holes between the spar and skin. All holes were cleco'd to ensure proper fit. I then drilled al HS-404 ribs to the skin.
