Brief Description: Mid seat support rail fix + fuel system
While working on an alternative seat lock bolt installation, I found that the eight holes on BOTH mid seat support rails do NOT line up with the seat rail or seat plate. Had RV guru Vic Syracuse over to see if I messed up- Not my fault. Called Van's- typical Blah, Blah, Blah.
I'm fixing it myself. Spent an hour removeing the four bolts from the right support - PITA! Slotted the bottom four holes and trimmed the back flange to clear the gear mount spar bolt flange. Installed rail with seat plate and aligned support via install screws. Inserted bolts and nuts. Now the job of tightening them again- UGGGGG! Tommorrow. Then repaet with the left. double UGGG.
More fuel line parts arrived today from TS Flightlines. Should be able to finish piecing together tunnel fuel section tomorrow.
