Brief Description: ELT, Vent controller, and misc

Started today by marking and trimming upper baggage bulkhead to fit flush with overhead console. Then fabricated ELT mount for right side of tailcone because Van's only fits left. Started fabricating vent valve controller mount and drilling rivet holes for hose attach flanges.
