Installed the left and right flap torque tubes and bolted the UHMW bushinngs in place. Installed the Flap crank and bolted it the torque tubes. Fabricated the four spacers for flap motor and drilled the 1/16" safety wire hole in flap drive. Installed flap motor and temporarily bolted it in place- final torque later. Installed left and right flap horns- need to ream holes for bolt installation.
With the help of Don Roberts, John Goodman, Bob Walden, Jim Tillman, and Paul Ledoux, the fuslage was lifted onto its new support structure.
The left and right landing gear legs were then inserted into the gear mount and match drilled with the 7.9 mm drill bit. Both removed and deburred. Reinstalled with light coating of grease and bolted in place. The brake mount assemblies were then bolted in place. The left main tire bearings were properly greased with Aeroshell 22 and slipped onto left gear leg.
