Replaced nutplate in right door handle and then inerted and screwed in place the door handle lock release. Fixed the opening in door handle block so retaining pin would fit in opening.
Installed Locktite on screwss attaching door gearbox. Safetied mid rack to long aft pushrod. Inserted through aft door hole and installed into gear box. Installed and drilled #12, the aft delrin block. Inserted UHMW door pin blocks in door and marked pocket for rack holes. Removed and drilled holes. Inserted lower rack and mid-pushrod in place. Drilled 3/8" hole in door forward of gear rack per plans. Temporarily inserted quick release pin connecting mid-rack and mid-pushrod. Safetied upper rack and forward pushrod and inserted into door. Installed and drilled forward delrin block. Installed door handle in place.
Countersunk all #12 holes in door for flush screws
Above work to be final installed after cosmetic door work completed.
