Brief Description: Brakes, Controls, and Cabin Cover
Created four F-1097 spacers from stock material. Final drilled #12 all bolt holes in rudder pedals. Attached brake pedals to rudder pedals with spec'd hardware. Final attach after brake pedals are painted. Attached two of the four master cyclinders. Two others are AWOL from kit and on backorder with Matco. Attached both F-1039 bearing block mounts to fuselage. Temp. installed rudder pedal assembly. Clamped in place and match driledl #12 the center pedal hanger.
Marked and drilled #27 the F-1048G rudder cable guide. Then match drilled remaining holes and installed both sets of rudder cable guides. Final drilled and deburred the pitch servo bracket. Located and attached all hardware for control system. Need final primer touch-up on control rods before install.
Redrilled #12 the final center post attach hole. Final drilled 5/16" and bonded spacer in place. Will c-sink when curred.
