Finished riveting rudder pedals by using AN 426 rivets on main surface of pedals. Countersunk pedals for rivets
Inserted control sticks into control stick bases. Clamped to table and match drilled. Final drilled control column and control stick bases. Disassembled and deburred.
Assembled flap crank and flap torque tube. Match drilled #30 and final drilled #12. Removed clecoes and bolted together. Inserted flap horn. Clamped to table per plans and measured to 24 7/16". Using aileron bellcrank jig, set flap horn angles and match drilled #12,#30, and final to 1/4".
