Brief Description: Fwd Fuselage and deburring complete
Fabricated new F-1003 D+E instrument panel attach flanges out of 3/4" x 3/4" 1/16" thick angle material. Original material just didn't fit very nicely. Cut new material to match curve of panel. Match drilled to forward top skin #40 and to instrument panel #19. Due to thicker material, countersunk nutplate holes and skin holes for top skin dimples. Disassembled forward fuslage and deburred all edges and holes of remaining unprimed parts.
Finished deburring remaining parts. Now ready to prime.
Clecoed F-1074 top skin on fully for final interference check beofre drilling Cabin Cover. Just two small areas along left aft longeron and F-1006 baggage bulkhead need sanding.
