Brief Description: Left Mid Skin and Forward Structure
Marked left mid skin and clamped to table. Bent aft roll and finished front tight bend with rubber mallet. Clecoed baggage floor angle and shims in place, then match drilled #40. Clecoed left mid skin and spacer in place. Marked skin per section 29-15- locations not drilled.
Match drilled the skins to the prepunched understructure #40 and #30 as appropriate Then match drilled both mid fuselage longerons to the gusset. Match drilled both mid fuselage longerons to the side skins. Missed the right reference line a little too much and it will be replaced. Match drilled both F-1013 longerons to the side skins.
Twisted the F-1040 and F-1041 upper and lower forward fuselage channels to plans specs. Marked the F-1042b clip and bent 4 degrees inboard at mark. Seperated the F-1042E gussets and deburred. Clecoed both F-1050 cabin floor in place. Clecoed F-1002 fwd fuselage bulkheads, F-1040 and F-1041 upper and lower fuselage channels, F-1042 B+C clips, F-1042E gussets, and F-1088 Fuselage ribs.
