Fabricated two shims from .063 stock for gear mounts. Final drilled #12 the mid seat rail holes in the gear mounts and drew reference lines on same per plans.
Cut the F-1046 R+L longerons from stock to length in plans. Using template, bent each longeron to shape and match drilled appropriate holes in each. Deburred both.
Cut the F-1013 L+R longerons from stock to lenght. Bent right to match shape of template, match drilled and twisted forward end 2 degrees outboard.
