Brief Description: Firewall riveting and Fwd Fuse Bulkheads
My riveting help came today. We finished riveting all brackets, angles, and gussets to the firewall. Riveted fwd fuselage rib assembly to firewall. When Tracey came home, she helped me rivet the remaining nutplates, fuel valve bracket and rudder pedal brace
Removed control column mount and inboard and outboard seat rail supports, match drilling #12 the bolt holes. Removed cover and finished match drilling #30 the bottom holes. Enlarged brake line holes to 5/8" and clecoed fuse floor ribs to bottom skin. Match drilled them #40. Clecoed the L+R fwd fuselage bulkhead to skins and floor ribs. Match drilled #30 with floor ribs. Separated systems brackets and clecoed in place.
Postioned the firewall bulkhead assembly on the fwd floor skin and clecoed in place.
