Brief Description: Bulkheads and Mid Fuselage Ribs
Completed riveting forward and aft center section bulkheads. Section 25 complete!
Separated the 1066c reinforcing angles. Clecoed the F-814 fwd seat belt anchor, F-1016D seat belt attach bar, DL03 scat tube flange, F-1016H guide bracket, and 1066C angles to inboard seat rib. Match drilled the above #40, #30, #19 and 1/4 as appropriate. Repeated for right inboard seat rib.
Trimmed remaining two set belt attach bars and radius the lower edge. Clecoed f-814 fwd attach bar and F-1016D seat belt attach bar to outbaord seat rib. Match drilled as appropriate. Separated F1015EF spacers. Clecoed the F-1015B seat rib intercostal and the F-1015E space to outboard seat rib. Match drilled. Repeated for right outboard seat rib.
Separated the F-1066B flap motor attach angles. Match drilled to flap motor attach bracket. Clecoed F-1066A flap motor attach bracket to L+R inboard seat rib assembly and clecoed the inboard and outboard seat rib assemblies to aft center section. Match drilled #30 and #12.
Fluted the F-1015A outbaord seat ribs to match bottom skin. Clecoed rear spar bulkhead and F-1017 and F-1018 rear seat ribs to forward subassembly and match drilled #30. Separated seat belt attach ribs and seat belt attach lugs- will match drill later.
Clecoed fuselage bulkhead assembly to seat ribs and match drilled #30.
