Brief Description: Riveted Aileron skins and Aileron trim mount
Dimpled the skin and sitffeners for three of the aileron skins. Fourth skin is being replaced because it got too many wrinkles from removing blue plastic. Back riveted the sitffeners in place.
Riveted the airleron trim mount together with the spacers. Installed trim arm to mount bracket. Drilled bracket's four 1/8" holes and mounted trim servo. Marked access panel per plans and match drilled #19 the four mounting holes. Drilled #40 the 8 nutplate holes in the mounting bracket, then deburred all holes. Dimpled mounting bracket holes for #8 screw and #40 for flush rivets. Installed nutplates on mounting bracket.
