Started working on flaps. 22-2 Steps 3-5 and 22-3 Steps 1-5
After peeling blue plastic for two hours, I laid out and drilled the four FL-1007-L flap hinge brackets #40. Then clecoed the F-1006 doubler to the Fl-1004-L nose rib. Match drilled the common 1/8", 1/4", and 3/32" holes. Countersunk the two 3/32" holes. Reapeated the last steps with a FL-1004-R nose rib to create the outbaord rod end subassemblies. Clecoed and match drilled a FL-1006 doubler to a FL-1004 L+ R nose rib to create inboard rod end subassembly. The left and right flap hinge assembly (4x) clecoed a nose rib to the FL-1007 L+R hinge bracket and match drilled #30.
Checked the FL-1008 spacers flat. Drilled lightening holes per plan dimensions. Assembled two center hinge assemblies and match drilled the nine 1/8" common holes. Deburred and reassembled
