Finished adding sealant where needed on inside of tank. Laid thick bead of sealant at rivet line and in each corner, plus a very thin layer on each rib flange. Installed T-1002 tank baffle and put clecos in every hole. Applied pressure on all mating surfaces to set it in sealant. No pillowing that I could see.
Put tank Zees in place and attached using the AD-41H and AD-42H blind rivets, twirling in sealant before installing. Riveted end Zees in place with regular AD470 rivets.
Riveted T-1001 skin to T-1002 tank baffle. Injected additional tank sealant into each corner hole before setting it aside to cure.
