Step 7+8 Completed match drilling j-channels to right spar. Marked and removed. 13-3 Step 1 Match drilled 3/32" all remaining flange holes on L+R spars Step 2 Machine C-sink fuel tank and wing access nutplate rivet holes for AN426-3 rivet on both L+R spar upper and lower flange.
