Installed return fuel lines from tunnel to tank on both sides.
Cleaned right aux tank leak area with MEK and applied pro seal over a large area. Bonded screens on aux tank vents with pro seal.
Reinstalled flap controller. Set flap postions for 3 and 18 degrees per the manual. Full up read 9 degrees on digital level for comparison of pictures below.
