Referencing Sections 23 and 39, rigged ailerons and elevators to a neutral flight position. Used the three different control locks contained in the plans for neutral postioning of appropriate parts. Just need to verify threaded bearing engagements and torque all connections.
Sanded right wingtip to length and removed from wing. Added foam filler and microlight to finish.
