Brief Description: Final Aileron Match drill and Pushrod fabrication

Assemled right aileron and set weighed down on edge of bench. Match drilled #40 all remaining holes. Drilled 7/64" the two blind rivet holes. Then clecoed left aileron bottom skin on and match drilled end ribs. Deburred and dimpled same. Installed keeper rivets and cleoced on D-cell section. Waiting on replacement top skin to continue.

Torque tube to bellcrank pushrod
2x-Cut stock tube to 90 5/8" and deburrred ends. Copied template from plans and taped to ends of rods. Center punched and removed templates. Drilled pilot holes at each location #40 and deburred. Installed VA-146 threaded rod end and match drilled #30. Marked for installation after priming.
Bellcrank to aileron pushrod
2x Cut stock tube to 21 11/32". Marked and drilled #40 pilot holes 90 degrees apart at 7 and 13/32" from end of rod. Deburred. Inserted threaded rod end and match drilled #30.Removed and deburred all parts. Ready to prime.
