Brief Description: Shoulder harness anchor and cover plates

10-14 Step 1 Removed F1075 and F1074 top skins. Step 2 Clamped shoulder harnes anchors in place. Need longer drill bit- to be completed later. Step 4 Final drilled #28 the cover plate attachmet holes. Step 5 Match drilled #40 the nutplate holes for cover plate. 10-15 Step 1 Marked the F1073R side skin triangle portion for removal.
