Brief Description: C'balance wts. and Trim tab hinge

Step 8 Removed the material from the weights per the plans. Also removed the raised edge form on two of the weights. Step 9 Installed weights to counterbalance with hardware per plans. Torgued to spec and sealed. 9-18 Step 1 cut hinge into to two 35 inch lengths Step 2 Marked and drilled hinges per plans. Marked hinges with 1/4 inch line full length. Step 3 Clecoed hinge to elevator and even hinge over length. Drilled end and middle and clecoed. Then match drilled remaining holes. Step 4 Repeated above step with trim tab. Step 5 Marked inboard edge of control surface to hinge for timming. Step 6 Removed hinge and pin. Trimmed hinge only to cut mark. Deburred same.
