Step 1-3 Riveted Root rib tip and shear clips to rear spar and root rib. Closed up inboard section of elevator skins,
Step 4-6 Riveted tip rib assembly to shear clip and forward spar. Closed up skins with rivets called for except 426AD3-4.5 were increased to 3-5. After setting initial rivet, set length was just to short. 3-5 is perfect for this spot.
