Step 4 riveted doubler plates and nutplates to elevator spars Step 5 riveted root ribs to sparr with flush rivets Step 6 installed snap bushings Step 7 began riveting elevator horns with squeezer. Half of rivets will require bucking. 9-11 Step 1 riveted nutplates to reinforcement plates
