Step 1 clecod spar inplace and match drilled previously bent end tabs with #30 bit Step 2 marked lower edge and removed from holding clamps. bent lower flange up 15 degrees. Step 3 trimmed trim tab horns according to plans Step 4 clecod horns to trim tab and final drilled horns, skin, and spars to #40 Step 5 disassemble and deburr all parts Step 6 dimpled all skin holes for 3/32 flush rivets. dimpled bottom of spar to accept skin dimples. machine c'sink top of spar for skin dimples.
