Clecoed HS-906 to HS-1003. Match drilled and machine csk appropriate holes according to plans. Match drilled HS-912 hinge brackets and final drilled 3/16 hole in each to #12.
Clamped spar cap into HS-1002 and match drilled web holes to #30. Deburred same and then match drilled flange holes to 3/32". Repeated same with other spar cap.
Clamped HS-1008L+R to bench and clecoed to HS1002 andHS1007. Drilled remaining holes thru spar into attach brackets.
Match drilled remaining holes in HS-1007 except those marked to #30. Machine csk center 8 holes per plans.
Final drilled 9 center top and bottom flange holes according to plans and mcahine csk each fro 3/32 rivet.
