Removed oil cooler inlet from mold. Postioned oil cooler duct mold in place and trimmed to allow installation of inlet. Taped inle openingt and used filler to transfer connection to cooler mold.
Sanded intercooler inlet and test fit. Added additional glass layers to help reshape to more accurately follow duct. Cut out gap seal material and test fit.
Test ran engine for thrust linkage modifications- 84"MAP and 2200RPM.
Did several prop balancing runs. started at .41--now at .16. more to go.
