Brief Description: Cowling Day #67 ,Air Intake and Baffles

Trimmed and shaped intercooler mold with filler to exact shape of inlet. Now working on blending inlet shape into mold. Recieved welded version of intake pipe. Painted with high temp. paint to protect from corrosion. Riveted most of the gap seal material to the baffles. Installed lower FW to cowling attach nutplates. Cut louvered slots per plans into lower cowling. Installed nutplates for hinge pin retainers.
