Continued adjusting cowling fit. Started drilling #40 the upper aft hinges. Left side didn't want to sit tight with hinge installed. Pulled cowl and determined that I needed to remove core further forward. Ground out and reglassed.
Assembled new rod end bearing to throttle and tightened up bulkhead fittings. Reassembled parking brake.
