Installed bottom cowl and marked for intial cut. Decided to reinforce modified aft edge. Glassed in on layer on lower cowl and final layer on top cowl. Epoxied in inlet ramps.
Torqued to 95 ft/lbs and safetied propeller.
Verified prop governor installation.
After cure, made intial trim of lower cowling.
Cutout oil door opening. Lined up perfectly with dipstick and filler opening.
