Brief Description: Throttle work continues

Ok, first iteration of throttle lever connection, while good in theory, may not allow for engine movement. New plan, new direction. Loop cable around and come from the front. Changed lever angle and connection with new prototype part. Initial fuel supply and return lines will need to be adjusted to allow for support clamps to reduce stress at the fittings.
