Spent most of the day working on maintaining a 48 passenger school bus used by my son's Boy Scout Troop. I replaced both exit hatches in the roof. Did I mention it was 96 degrees in the shade.
When I got time to work on the plane, I made an additional connection between the main and avionics ground buses.
Finished fabricating a new sturdier mount to hold the two microswitches for the flap system. They will be mounted so that when the flaps are up, the left flap control horn will close the switch for the AOA input and the TCW trim speed input. Worked on routing the wires from the AOA and TCW box to the left wing root fairing area.
Then wired the AE relay that will prevent flap deployment above the selected speed. Need to complete wiring once static system is installed.
