With Dane Patternson's help, the transponder and ads-b antenna doublers were drilled, deburred, and riveted in place.
Located and drilled right door center cam block. Deburred and then bolted in place. Door lok rods where there trimmed to final length and tapped 5/16 x24. Inserted marking bolt and with door held in place, marked door frame for drilling. Using 1/4" drill bit (5/16" bit was too dull) drilled both door frames. Then using small step drill, slowly opened up holes to allow pins to engage. Finished with small file for a nice fit and deburred edge.
Because door fit on right was not very good along aft door frame, mised up a thick microlight slurry and started filling proess that will take many steps for nice door to body transition.
