Brief Description: More baggage access work

Continued fabricating two step access panel doublers for baggage floor. Finished cutting access covers and drilled #19 for #8 screws. Deburred. Match drilled screw holes into doubler. Match drilled nutplate holes. Countersunk doubler for #8 screws and nutplate rivets. Measured and marked doubler for rivets to attach to floor.
