Brief Description:  Forward fuselage belly structure

After church today Jim Anderson came over and we (with Vicki's help) flipped the fuselage over onto two sawhorses so that we could tackle the bottom of the forward fuselage. We started by clecoeing on the ribs and bulkheads that seperate the floor of the cockpit with the forward belly skin. We spent a considerable amount of time fabricating two angles which reinforce the firewall where the engine mount and the nosewheel attach fitting bolt on. Then, we drilled and clecoed on most of the belly skin before I had to leave for our church's annual Lessons and Carols. It was a great event and it really put me in the Christmas spirit. Working in the shop with Jim and then singing Christmas Carols all night; it was a great day.
