Watched the finish kit video I received - very informative about the canopy.
It helped me gain a lot of confidence.
I test fitted the canopy on the frame and used a piece of 1/4" plywood as a spacer to cut mark the canopy for cutdown. Marked the lines with masking tape and made about a dozen cuts without incident.
The Ultra Saw remains the way to go.
Used a DeWalt random orbit sander on the edges 100, 150, 220 grit. Very easy and fast.
Real happy with the results. Tomorrow, I start the cleco process on the canopy.
