This was a pretty straight foreward assembly. I used a hole saw blade to mark the circles for the cut-outs. Not really sure what the cut-outs are for yet, but they said to do it. So I did it. I don't have a drill press, so I used a hack-saw and gut away most of the circles, then used a rounded file to finish it off. It worked ok, was just a pain to do. After going through all this trouble, I will be getting a drill press soon!
