Brief Description:  Receipt, inspection and familiarization

Received the rudder on the mail today. Was packaged very well. No damage noted at all. All parts present with the exception of the "L" bracket that is used to cut a small piece off for attaching the tip rib to the spar. Not all parts were labeled, but it was easy to figure out what they were. Some parts had label stickers that did not conform to any numbering convention that made sense to me. For example, the channel piece was labeled 20-M-92-3/0 (the 20 prefix means the Alarus CH2000. For the 640, the first number is just substitued with 640 when reading the drawings). It took a few minutes to figure things out, but using the drawings I figured out that this piece was actually 640R5-3. The upper and lower rear skins were the only parts with pre-drilled holes.
