Brief Description:  Building instructions format

After a few hours of research and downloading of documents, I think I have a pretty good idea of how the instructions are supposed to be utilized. The exploded diagrams, Inspections parts Lists (IPLs), and technical specifications drawings are supposed to be used in conjunction with each other. The idea is that you use the IPLs and tech drawings together in order to familiarize yourself with the assemblies you are getting ready to build. The IPLs give step by step instructions with part numbers, as well as reference numbers to the applicable technical drawings. The parts within the kits have stickers on them that correspond to the part numbers listed in the IPLs and technical drawings. As you build sub-assemblies, you sign them off on the IPLs. Once complete with a section (such as the Horizontal tail spar assy. example shown) you sign off the entire IPL, then move on to the next one. They seem to be clearly marked as to what order they go in.
