The flaps were just like covering the ailerons, so there was not much to note. The only thing of interest was the use of 3" wide tape on the leading edge instead of the 2" supplied in the kit. The 3" offers better coverage and allows more overlap of the seams.
These are the last parts to be covered. I have left a final ironing followed by a final coat of thinned glue over all the patches and tapes, and then it is time to fire up the paint equipment!
July is family reunion season, so not expecting to be applying paint until August...
